Build the context layer for enterprise agents

Zaimler is the context layer for production agents. We build an ontology automatically from the data an enterprise already has, federate it across every warehouse and app, and resolve it at query time, so agents reason on what's true, not what's similar

Meet the team

Engineers and researchers from Meta, LinkedIn, Apple, Snowflake, and Atlassian, across San Mateo, New York, Austin, and Bangalore.

Biswajit Das

Co-Founder & CEO

Biswajit Das is the Co-founder and CEO of zaimler. He has built and scaled engineering, data, AI, and infrastructure platforms at both high-growth startups and large enterprises. Prior to zaimler, Biswajit was Vice President of Engineering at Truera, helping grow the company from its early pre-product stage through its acquisition by Snowflake. Before that, he served as the founding Chief Architect of Visa's AI Platform, which powers next-generation Risk-as-a-Service payment products. Earlier, he led Data Platform and Infrastructure at Branch Metrics, building large-scale systems that processed billions of events during 0 to 100x company growth. Biswajit specializes in distributed systems, data platforms, real-time processing, and AI/ML infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), India.

Sofus Macskássy

Co-Founder & Chief Scientist

Built LinkedIn's Knowledge Graph Foundation team and led Ranking & Search there. Ran data science at HackerRank and worked at Meta. zaimler's semantic layer and graph architecture is built on his research and production experience.

Jonathan was the first engineer at zaimler. Jonathan has been building from day one and touches most of the core platform. Before zaimler, he was a founding engineer at Hive and an early engineer at both Branch Metrics and TruEra.

Brings deep experience building enterprise data platforms at Zuora, Cisco (DNA Center), Anaplan, and Atlassian. One of the team's most seasoned systems engineers, he has shaped much of zaimler's infrastructure from the ground up.

Owns zaimler's query engine and customer deployments. Previously built data infrastructure for AI/ML observability at TruEra (acquired by Snowflake). Holds an engineering degree from the University of Toronto. Surfs in his spare time.

Loves solving hard distributed systems problems and making complicated things work at scale. Equally at home debugging gnarly infrastructure issues and thinking about art, music, and animation — often at the same time.

Raj is a Founding Cloud Infrastructure Engineer on the Bangalore team, building resilient multi-cloud infrastructure from the ground up. He architects scalable systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP while managing GPU infrastructure ecosystems for AI/ML workloads. He's focused on automation, reliability engineering, and performance optimization, with a passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges and building cloud-native solutions at scale.

Mansi Rana

MTS - Founding ML Engineer

Mansi is a Founding ML Engineer at zaimler, where she works on the multi agent system that turns fragmented enterprise data into structured, consumable, AI-ready knowledge. She started out in economics, earning her undergraduate degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) at the University of Delhi, before moving into data science with a graduate degree from the University of Chicago, where she also stayed involved with the program, mentoring capstones across healthcare, sports analytics, and anomaly detection. Before zaimler, she was on the research team at Uniphore, where she authored research on lightweight production models for tasks like fact-checking RAG outputs and classifying safe vs. unsafe LLM inputs.

MTS - Founding ML Engineer

Senior AI/ML Engineer with a background in applied ML, computer vision, and generative AI. At zaimler, she works on AI and data initiatives that improve how users interact with information. Also an enthusiastic explorer of new coffee spots.

Software Engineer specializing in backend and distributed systems — the data layers, storage, and infrastructure other teams build on. Joined from Snowflake, where he worked on platforms for ML training and AI agent evaluations.

Founding product designer at zaimler, with experience across multidisciplinary design studios and early-stage startups in the US, India, and Europe. Studied design at Carnegie Mellon University and IAAC Barcelona.

Arpit is a Frontend Engineer with 8+ years of experience building scalable and user-focused web applications. He has worked with companies such as Directi, Ola, and Walmart, gaining experience across startups, mid-sized organizations, and large enterprises. He has also led a team of 4 engineers and enjoys driving impactful frontend solutions with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. At zaimler, he's involved across all aspects of the frontend, helping build and scale the overall user experience.

Mohit is a frontend engineer known for building polished, user-first experiences with exceptional attention to detail. Previously at PayU Payments, he built products serving millions of users and earned multiple awards including the Rising Star Award, for his impactful work. He specializes in building products from 0→1 and leading high-impact initiatives, combining strong product thinking with high-quality frontend execution.

Software engineer from the Bay Area, UCLA grad. Works on zaimler's data infrastructure team. In his free time he's out birdwatching, catching live music, or hunting for a good cup of coffee.

Kanishka is an engineer from India who speaks fluent Java, Go, and 'Soccer.' He's currently building pioneering tech at zaimler and trying not to break the build. Outside the office, he's either framing the perfect shot or scoring goals, always searching for the best light and the cleanest code.

Graphs in production, not papers.

Our founders spent two decades on the problem we solve now: entity resolution at Visa and Branch, the skill graph at LinkedIn. That work is now knowledge graphs that resolve entities at runtime and run in production inside some of the largest institutions in the world.

Teach enterprise AI how to work

Small team, full ownership.

Every enterprise was promised agents. Most got pilots, because the agent never knew the business: what a claim is, how exposure rolls up, which "customer" is the real one. That knowledge lives in people's heads, and agents cannot ask a person. We build the layer that turns that knowledge into software.

Ontology automation. Runtime graph traversal. Entity resolution at runtime. Federation, zero-copy. Governance in the access path.

No split between strategy and execution. You scope the problem and ship it.

You've been the person the dashboard depended on, pulled into other teams' problems because you knew where the data was buried. Researchers who want their graph in production with real claims paying out against it, not sitting in a paper. GTM people who'd rather hand a chief architect the keys to break the platform than read them a pitch.
